The Bennington County Regional Commission (BCRC) will hold a public hearing at 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 19 at the BCRC conference room to consider approval of the Stamford Town Plan and the Old Bennington Village Plan pursuant to 24 VSA Section 4350. The full text of the plans can be obtained from the respective municipal clerks, at the BCRC offices, or at the BCRC website, www.bcrcvt.org. The BCRC has scheduled a vote on each of the plan approvals at its regular commission meeting that will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, January 19, in the Rotary Room at the Bennington Free Library on Silver Street.
